Ex. name occupation, religious affiliation, gender, socioeconomic class, political affiliations as they pertain to the case. Pages 3 Present the arguments of both sides thoroughly. Page 4 Discuss the long term ramifications that this case has on future cases. Fabricate a scenario for a future conflict that can be hypothetically resolved by referring to this case. Page 5 Give your opinion as to whether you agree or disagree with the court’s ruling and why.
